Hastings Manufacturing designs and engineers standard and custom automated equipment for hot stamping and heat transfer systems. They have teamed with Beckwood to provide their customers with an expansion of their offering, and improve their manufacturing efficiency through combined innovation and expertise. Beckwood is also providing marketing, customer service and support along with product development and testing.

Hydroform Press

Pryer Technology Group

The Triform family of sheet hydroform presses was designed with an advanced containment system by Pryer Tech Group and is manufactured, marketed and supported by Beckwood. It is equipped with the latest computerized engineering software, modern hydraulics and advanced CNC styled controls. PTG has created compact Hydroforming Presses with a wide range of material, bladder sizes and pressure sizes for deep or shallow draw applications.

Railroad Ties
Beckwood Press Company has recently partnered with a company that specializes in the manufacture of high density plastic railroad ties made from recycled materials. The company contracted with an outside engineering firm to design a new extrusion system for their process. Due to time constraints, when the engineering firm ran into design issues Beckwood Press was contracted to finish the design and manufacture the extrusion system. The system was completed on time and under budget.

Trash Compactor
Beckwood recently partnered with a company with a proprietary designs for an automated trash bailing system for commercial purposes. The company contracted with a 3rd party engineering firm to design a new, physically smaller model capable of producing the same output as the larger machines. Beckwood was hired to fabricate and test the new bailing system. They worked closely with the engineering firm throughout the process to update documents ‘as built’.
